The charm of Europe, with its enchanting castles, quaint villages, and historical cities, rekindled the sense of wonder and excitement that I had experienced during my first foreign trip to Bali.

The breathtaking landscapes, from the rolling vineyards of Tuscany to the fairytale-like Bavarian forests, left me in awe of nature’s beauty and diversity.

The European art and music scene, steeped in centuries of creativity, captivated my senses and inspired me to delve deeper into the world of classical masterpieces.

Immersing myself in the local traditions and festivities, like the lively Oktoberfest celebrations in Munich, allowed me to embrace the spirit of togetherness and joy that transcends cultural boundaries.

Navigating through the seamless European public transportation system made exploring multiple countries convenient, opening up a treasure trove of discoveries at every turn.

Tasting the exquisite flavors of European cuisine, from creamy gelato in Italy to savory pastries in Austria, was a delightful journey for my taste buds, leaving me eager to try more.

Interacting with locals from diverse backgrounds, each with their own stories to share, enriched my understanding of different perspectives and values.

The magnificent architectural wonders, like the majestic Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna and the iconic Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, instilled a sense of reverence for human achievements throughout history.

Walking the same streets where renowned philosophers, artists, and thinkers once roamed sparked a profound appreciation for the intellectual heritage of Europe.

The seamless blend of modernity and tradition in European cities showcased how societies can evolve while preserving their unique identities.

From the dreamy canals of Venice to the vibrant nightlife of Berlin, Europe’s allure lies in its ability to cater to all kinds of travelers, inviting each one to find their own “Wow” moment.

The memories of my European escapade will forever hold a special place in my heart, reminding me that the world is an immense tapestry of wonders waiting to be explored, and that the spirit of Wow’ness is alive and well for those willing to embrace the magic of travel.

Hence I’m writing this down so you don’t miss it too. Here are the top reasons why I think you should visit Europe next:

Pleasant Weather

During the European summer, the continent transforms into a vibrant playground where you can relish the best of both worlds – bask in the warmth of the sun while savoring the cool, refreshing air of its picturesque landscapes.

Fresh Air

In Europe, the abundance of lush forests and extensive green spaces in and around cities creates a harmonious balance between urban living and nature, ensuring that every breath you take is filled with invigorating purity.

Tap Water for Drinking

when the hotel assistant was called for a new bottle of drinking water, he proudly mentioned that “Sir, the tap water is drinking water, and it is as clean as the bottled water found across major cities in Europe, as it comes straight from the mountains.”

Sunset at 9 PM

Sunsets at 9 PM in Europe are truly magical to experience. Of course, there are places on Earth where the sun may not set even at 12, but appreciating the 9 PM sunsets in Europe during the summer is certainly a blessing, I must say.

And if you find yourself in a scenic spot like a castle nearby, the sunset would feel like a scene from a Disney movie. Here, one may experience such a spectacle firsthand, and feeling it in person would be 10X more joyful.

The riverside used to be roamed around by us on many days, and I usually forget that it’s 10 PM and not 6 PM.

Rich History and Culture

Europe is steeped in history, with ancient ruins, medieval castles, and magnificent architecture. Each country has its unique cultural traditions, languages, and cuisines, providing an enriching experience for history and culture enthusiasts.
